Made of clay, donabe pots retain heat well and warm up slowly, making sweet and soft fluffy rice. Donabe is versatile and can also be used for cooking steamed vegetables, cheese fondu, boiled eggs, etc. Both inner and outer lids can be used as a serving bowl, and the inner lid measures 1-go.
