Designed by Masanori Masuda and made in Yamagata Prefecture of Japan, Yamagata cast iron originated around 950 years ago and was designated as a traditional craft in 1974. The surfaces are finished with lacquer and the foot comes with rubber covering to prevent tables and countertops from scratches. Suitable for smaller pots and kettles.
