Each made by carving a solid piece of wood in Tendo City, Yamagata Prefecture, Japan, the wooden sliding handle can be easily attached / detached from JIU iron cookware rims. The handle is designed to fit securely on the outer rim to prevent contact with the food. Used with JIU's IRON FRYING PANS and MEDIUM DEEEP PAN. Available in beech or walnut wood.
